Requirements and Design phase
you will receive documentation about basic system requirements and a basic design for your sites:

Blueprinting
The project is initiated with a stakeholder meeting. Detailed presentations describing the core capabilities of the SharePoint platform are delivered. The QuickStart Portal Blueprint is completed.

Implementation phase
our team will install and configure SharePoint 2010. At the end of the 4 week time period, you will be ready to start collaborating and be able to build onto the system as your needs grow.

Design & Implementation
SharePoint is installed and configured; QuickStart Portal Foundation is installed and enhanced according to QuickStart Portal Blueprint.

Quality Assurance
A quality inspection takes place where key pieces of functionality and key components of requirements are verified.

Requirements to ensure project success:
- You have a "Clean server platform".

Project scope does not include customized site templates, web
parts, workflows, reporting, or other customization beyond what
is needed for basic corporate branding.
- Training is limited to a total of three days for one or two
groups of up to 24 students combined, covering basic concepts
and practices of WSS or MOSS central administration, site
collection ownership and administration, permissions and
security, and core and advanced features for site owners,
content managers and contributors, and general use.
Customer will provide training location and facilities to
accommodate instructor (PowerPoint slide) presentations and
hands-on student workstation exercises.
